HOLLIDAY David 'Doc' On May 1st, 2016 passed away suddenly at Castle Hill Hospital (near Hull) aged 77 years. Loving husband of Nancy, brother to Margaret and the late Eddie, brother-in-law to Sue, Maureen and David, Sylvia and Ian and Roland and the late Eileen and dear uncle. The funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on June 2nd 2.20p.m. Family flowers only - donations for the British Heart foundation and Diabetes UK. A plate will be provided at the service.
