LOFTHOUSE Patricia Anne (Pat) Peacefully died after a short illness in York Hospital, on January 28th, 2016, aged 79 years. Loving wife of the late Frank, dearest mother to Neil and the late Gillian, much loved mother-in-law to Anne and proud grandma to David and Victoria and their partners Jackie and Aaron. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, February 11th, at York Crematorium, at 11.00a.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to St. Leonard's Hospice. A plate will be provided.
