GRIFFIN Janet Passed away peacefully in York Hospital on August 14th. Dear daughter of the late Glenise and Charlie, dear sister of Charles, niece, cousin and friend to many. Funeral will take place on Wednesday, September 2nd at 3pm at York Crematorium. Family flowers only please. R.I.P.

Remembering the first time we met as cadet nurses at Marygate and through to the end of our Nurse training...what fun and mischief we got up, the laugh we had when we took our tutors to see Tommy Cooper at the Scarborough Spa Theatre, oh and then there was Benidorm!.We went our separate ways when I got married but you came to support me when my baby boy Simon died and got me through the funeral, I am going to miss our Christmas and Birthday card catch ups, you were a wonderful person and I will never forget you as you will always be in my heart and mind ,sweet dreams and rest in peace,love Kris Britton (nee Ziolkowska) xxxxx
