HOWARD Edith May (nee Gittings) On May 14th, peacefully in St. Catherine’s Hospice, Scarborough, aged 95 years. Loving wife of the late Rev Alban Howard, beloved mother of Kate, Helen, Ann, Peter, John and Ben, cherished nana May of 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and a dear sister to Nancy. Mass to be held at St. George's RC Church on Friday, May 22nd at 2.00p.m., followed by interment at York Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Catherine’s Hospice, a plate will be available at the service. All enquiries to J G Fielder & Son Funeral Directors, Tel. 01904 654460.
