HEFFERNAN Patricia Sadly passed away on February 25th, in the arms of her beloved husband Keith. Amazing mum to Lee and Vicky, special mother-in-law to Mark and Jo, much loved grandma to Bradley, Isaac, Ethan, Finley and Emmy. Will be sadly missed but remembered forever. A special thank you to Dr A. Field, Dr K. Rodgers and Mrs C Allison. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Tuesday, March 10th at 11.00 am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be gratefully received for Macmillan Cancer Support and St Leonard's Hospice.
