HORNE Ann Marie (nee Simpson) Passed away peacefully with her children at her bedside at St Leonard’s Hospice on November 12th 2014 aged 49 after a long brave fight against cancer. Devoted and adored mother to Keely and Ryan, treasured daughter of Maureen and Colin, much loved sister to Mark, Helen and Paul, special aunty to Alistair, Eleanor and Lenny, sister-in-law to Robert and Jill and a constant friend to so many. Funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday December 2nd at 12.20pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be given to Macmillan Cancer Support and the Oncology Department at York Hospital for which a plate will be provided at the service. By request can people wear something red.
