HARTLEY Thomas Reginald (Bill) Passed away peacefully on Saturday August 23rd 2014, after a long illness, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Joan, father of Ian, Neal, Glen and Ivor. A much loved grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service at York Crematorium on Thursday September 4th at 3.40p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support and Diabetes UK. Ex York Water Works Inspector.
