FORD Madeline ''Maddie'' (nee Pantry) Passed away peacefully in St. Leonard's Hospice, on August 17th, 2014, aged 72 years. Loving wife to Alan, mother to Ian and Lisa, nanna to Carla, Shermaine and Lydia, sister to Charlie, Judith and Angela, mother-in-law to Paul, sister-in-law to Graham, Keith, Ann, Dave, Gill and Den, auntie to Gary and Joanne. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium, on Friday, August 29th, at 12.20 pm. Family flowers only, donations gratefully accepted for St. Leonard's Hospice and Marie Curie Nurses.
