CHALK Patricia "Pat" (nee Clark) Passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on August 13th in York Hospital, aged 74 years. Beloved wife of Trevor and mother of Phil, Paul and Ian, devoted grandmother to Katie, Matthew, Thomas, Kirsty and Robert. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Thursday, August 28th at 3pm with a funeral tea at The Woodman Inn, Bishopthorpe. Family flowers only please, with donations gratefully received in support of the National Osteoporosis Society and the British Heart Foundation.
