SMITH Nicholas Julian On September 18th, 2013, aged 45 years, passed away peacefully in hospital after a short illness. Much loved husband of Louise (nee Wilkinson), devoted daddy of Lydia, dear son of Daryl and the late Michael, dear brother of Michelle, Mark Sharon and David. Service to take place at St Mary's Church, Haxby, on Thursday, October 3rd, at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers to Macmillan Nurses, a plate for which will be provided at the service.
