HILL Jacqueline Denise (Jacqui) Passed away peacefully on January 8th aged 48 years. A loving partner, mum, nana, sister and daughter. _ Funeral Service at York Crematorium on January 30th at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations to York Bereavement Services, plate provided at the Crematorium.
