DODSON (George Guy) Passed away peacefully, aged 75 with his wife and eldest son by his side, at York District Hospital on Christmas Eve. Deeply loved husband to Eleanor, cherished father to Richard, Philip, Vicky and Tom, father-in-law to Karen, adored grandfather to Grace, Amelie and Lucy, and beloved brother of Anne, Deidre, and Maurice. A family committal at York Cemetery on January 2nd, will be followed by a service of remembrance at Archbishop Holgate’s School, Hull Road, at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations to Macmillan Cancer Support, collection will be taken at the service.
