YORK City have this afternoon completed the loan signing of forward Johan Ter Horst from Premier League club Hull City.
The 21-year-old has signed a deal with the Minstermen until the end of the season and could make his debut in Saturday’s National League home fixture against Barrow.
The diminutive attacker came to the fore in non-League when he scored 26 goals to help Folkstone Invicta into the Ryman League division one south play-offs in 2013/14.
It was this form that prompted the Tigers to swoop for his services that same summer, beating a number of other clubs to his signature.
The youngster penned a three-year deal on his arrival in Humberside and has since been a part of the under-23s squad at the KCOM Stadium.
