ROZ KERR won a decider for The Ebor as they beat Lord Collingwood 4-3 in division one of the York White Rose Ladies Darts League.

The Ebor won the first two games but then slipped 3-2 behind after wins for Yvonne Wrist and Irene Bowes, Jo Palmer, Wrist (100). Jill Clapham levelled and Kerr then made sure of four points.

Leaders Flag & Whistle also needed a deciding leg win from Christine Hedley to see off King William.

Flag lost the opening two legs but won the next three only for Carol Atkinson to level the scores going into the last game.

Lord Nelson won the first four games to seal victory at home to Derwent Arms, who got on the scoreboard through Julie Judson and Nikki Judson (114). Joan Cuss made it 5-2.

Crescent ‘B’ went down 4-3 at home to Carlton, who came from 3-2 down thanks to wins for Becky Glenwright and Mel Schollick (140).

In division two, Mitre were 4-3 victors against visiting New York WMC, with Maureen Tindall hitting a 140.

Acomb Indoor Bowls went down 4-3 as Acomb Sports claimed the last three games through Astrid Tute (111), Iris Haigh and Julie Bond.Carol Walker-Sykes was the only winner for Clarence Club in their 6-1 home defeat by Crescent’ A’.
