The competition was followed by a meal and the presentation of the trophy to Pike Hills vice-captain Nigel King and lady captain Liz Barber.
Next year’s match will be held at The York.
Meanwhile, Julian Graves won the York Guild of Building’s annual battle for the William Bonney Rose Bowl at Easingwold Golf Club.
Graves’ total of 39 points pipped Andy Garland by a point, with Steve Cluderay third with 34 points.
Mark Graves took the honours for the guests with a narrow victory over Les Cullum, while Mike Blades won nearest the pin and visitor John Neal registered the longest drive.
