POLICE have urged the public to look out for Cezar Florea, who is wanted in connection with an attempted rape.
Florea, 26, who is of Romanian origin, has links to the Stockton, Middlesbrough and London areas, but police believe he could be anywhere in the country.
He is wanted in connection with the attempted rape of a 51-year-old woman who was walking to work at about 6am on Saturday, June 7, in Middlesbrough.
The woman suffered serious injuries, including a broken shoulder and broken nose, in the assault on the A66 North Ormesby flyover near Lytton Street.
Police said Florea may have attempted to change his appearance by growing a beard or moustache, and urged the public not to approach him.
Any sightings of Florea should be reported on 999, or information can be passed to Cleveland Police on 101.
