THIS was the scene in Parliament Street today, as a hot dog vendor's wagon tipped to the floor.
This picture, sent to us by Press reader Erika Bracegirdle, was taken at about 4pm today, not long after the wagon had fallen.
Erika said: "We came around the corner and it had already happened.
"Whether it was being towed, hit a bump and wobbled over, I don't know."
The Press understands police helped right the wagon, which was successfully towed away, and nobody was injured in the incident.
