PARENTS in York are being invited to take part in a range of parenting courses this September.

City of York Council’s Parenting Programmes include courses on how to build good relationships between parents and children, and how to encourage good behaviour.

Two courses – Strengthening Families and Family Links – will run throughout the autumn on weekdays at Burton Stone Community Centre; Westfield School; Hob Moor and St Hilda’s, Tang Hall. Both are free of charge and childcare is available.
