A MAN suffered serious injuries and was left permanently scarred after being attacked in a Harrogate bar.
The 33-year-old local man was at Rehab Bar in Parliament Street at about 2.45am on Friday, June 20, when he was assaulted, and lost a tooth.
He also suffered a large cut to his lip, which will leave a permanent scar, and a black eye.
A 35-year-old local man has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on police bail.
North Yorkshire Police believe there were a lot of people in the bar at the time of the incident and urged anyone who saw what happened to contact them.
