A DISABLED busker has been racially abused in York city-centre, police have said.
The victim, an eastern European man in his mid to late 20’s has no legs and was sitting on his skateboard busking in Coney Street when he was approached by a man at around noon on Saturday, police said today.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "The man abused him and kicked over his belongings, before some members of the public intervened and the abusive man left the scene."
Officers want to hear from witnesses or anyone with information.
