Two-car crash on A19 leaves person injured
A TWO-CAR crash on a road between York and Selby has seen one person taken to hospital this morning.
The collision happened at about 7.50am on the A19 at Deighton, near the White Swan pub, with the injured person being treated by off-duty paramedics who were passing the scene just after the cars crashed.
The damaged vehicles were towed away by about 9.30am and the road was cleared. The extent of the person's injuries have not yet been confirmed.
