Teenager injured in Scarborough attack
A TEENAGER is in hospital today, following an attack in a Scarborough street.
The 17-year-old suffered a wound to his abdomen at about 8.55pm last night, in an attack in William Street. He was taken to Scarborough District Hospital where he is currently being treated for his injuries.
North Yorkshire Police said two men, both aged 22, from the local area have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently in police custody.
A police spokesman said the assault was not believed to be connected to any other incidents in Scarborough.
